We collect your name, contact details and the time you arrive so we know who is in the building in an evacuation and can reach you if needed. Records are held for 12 months and are not used for anything else. Ask at reception to see or correct your entry.

Sign-ins here are stored in a shared Cloudflare D1 database, so the tablet and front desk views stay in sync across devices. In a real deployment, this Settings panel would sit behind a staff login.
